It’s an exciting weekend here in Virginia Beach and the resort area!
From December 12th – December 14th, our city will host three incredible events:
• The BayPort Credit Union Surf N Santa 5 Miler at the Oceanfront
• The Virginia Challenge Wrestling National Holiday Duals at the Virginia Beach Sports Center
• The Virginia Beach High School Track Season Opener at the Virginia Beach Sports Center
With such a busy weekend ahead, our main priority is making sure road closures related to the Surf N Santa 5 Miler are clearly communicated to all guests, both local and visiting, so they enjoy the best possible experience.
Please note that on Saturday, December 13th, traffic patterns will be adjusted before and during the races. If any guests need to travel during these times, please advise them to either leave prior to the closures, wait until after, or consider parking outside the impacted areas for easier access. Please see the list below.
